What you'll do

• Process biweekly and monthly payroll across multiple entities and states, including reconciliation
• maintain employee, compensation, tax, deduction, and direct-deposit records in Paylocity
• configure and maintain HR systems
• prepare recurring and ad hoc reports
• support M&A integration, benefits execution, compliance matters, employee questions, year-end activities, and process documentation.

Why this role
