Lead Assembly Technician — Second Shift

What you'll do

• Coordinate technician teams and daily assembly activities against the schedule
• review work orders involving mechanical, welding, electrical, and lifting tasks
• participate in major onsite component lifts and movements
• visually confirm completed tasks
• report operation status
• assign technicians to work
• coordinate with external work teams
• troubleshoot assembly issues and escalate as needed
• communicate with engineers about problems and non-conformance reports
• coordinate with the Assembly Testing Team
• lead kickoff and shift-change meetings covering work, events, and safety hazards.
