What you'll do

• Lead and develop service advisors, shop foreman, and technicians
• recruit and build a technician team
• improve productivity, efficiency, and labor sales
• monitor financial performance
• handle escalated customer concerns
• ensure repairs meet Ford quality standards and warranty policies
• oversee warranty administration and repair-order accuracy
• monitor payroll and performance metrics
• coordinate with the Parts Department
• maintain a safe, organized work environment
• partner with the Fixed Operations Director on strategy and financial objectives.
