What you'll do

• Lead healthcare architecture projects through planning, design, construction administration, and closeout
• serve as primary client contact
• manage budgets, schedules, contracts, staffing, consultant coordination, and project performance
• oversee multidisciplinary teams
• coordinate HCAI/OSHPD approvals and California code requirements
• mentor team members and support client development.
