What you'll do

• Advise on Mergers and Acquisitions, commercial leases, real estate, and securities.
• Handle Intellectual Property law matters including trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic counsel.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Manage complex business transactions.
