What you'll do

• Evaluate and prioritize account and access incidents and requests based on business impact.
• Create or modify accounts and adjust Active Directory properties to resolve data and application access issues.
• Receive, log, document, and resolve requests in ServiceNow and provide weekly status reports.
• Lead project work and report progress to management.
• Create and maintain process and procedure documentation, and follow DOT and ITS security policies.
