What you'll do

• Handle district court patent litigation, ITC proceedings, and PTAB/IPR matters
• draft pleadings, motions, and legal briefs
• support case strategy and litigation execution
• participate in discovery, depositions, and licensing-related disputes
• collaborate with partners and clients on intellectual property disputes
• work with matters involving software, semiconductors, and wireless systems.
