What you'll do

• Cross-train in sales, accounts, and shop departments
• shadow sales and account directors, home office, and marketing/internet sales
• learn department policies and processes
• learn file completion and protection-claim tracking
• learn ordering, issue escalation, meetings, and required forms
• learn monthly profit-and-loss statements
• learn sales generation through outbound lead calls, flyers, goal setting, and tracking.
