What you'll do

• Serve as caregiver to residents during the scheduled work period.
• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Deliver age-appropriate care related to physical and psychological needs.
• Assist with basic health care needs including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, vital signs, and psychosocial support.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and walking.
• Complete tasks related to food preparation and dining.
• Document resident interactions and communicate changes in condition to the charge nurse.
