The Culinary Assistant/Server – Breakfast role is onsite in Dousman, WI, with pay of $15.25–$21.10 per hour. The schedule is a day shift from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., including every other weekend. Three Pillars Senior Living Communities serves older adults through independent living, assisted living, memory care, rehabilitation, and skilled nursing. The role prepares and serves meals that meet residents’ preferences and dietary needs while creating a welcoming dining experience. It also supports kitchen operations, sanitation, and resident-centered service in the Riverside Lodge Assisted Living community.

What you'll do

• Prepare breakfast to order and prepare salads, desserts, and beverages according to residents’ preferences and dietary needs
• set tables, take orders, and serve meals
• wash dishes and clean dining and kitchen areas
• remove garbage
• follow safety and sanitation standards
• monitor food and equipment temperatures
• maintain supplies and report concerns
• assist with training new staff and quality improvement.
