What you'll do

• Prioritize guest service and satisfaction
• respond to and resolve guest complaints
• assist with recruiting, retaining, training, and developing front- and back-of-house staff
• support plans to improve the guest experience and loyalty
• help achieve budgets and objectives
• support community involvement and marketing
• monitor cost of goods, labor productivity, and other operating expenses
• promote workplace safety
• complete daily restaurant paperwork accurately and on time.
