What you'll do

• Timely and accurately facilitate resolution of discrepancies
• adhere to email turnaround time expectations
• quality check case work
• responsible for incoming attachments, timely discrepancy documentation and resolution
• meet good documentation standards
• assist other team members
• meet all deliverables and goals
• provide support to Caris Lab for specimen issues
• build strong customer relationships
• respond to client inquiries
• provide attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• utilize case manager system and other internal software
• evaluate client concerns and recommend changes
• meet all regulatory agency requirements
• execute other tasks and projects.

What we're looking for

Education

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Experience

1-3 years of experience in a client services role where deductive reasoning is necessary and compelling evidence of related service skillsets is required.
