What you'll do

• Cultivate relationships with clinics, physicians, and payors to generate Chronic and IVIG referrals
• collaborate with pharmacy, intake, nursing, and operations
• pursue revenue, profit, and market-share goals
• participate in sales meetings, training, and in-service presentations
• analyze territory performance and develop plans
• resolve customer service issues
• support managed care initiatives and pricing submissions
• maintain required documentation
• develop knowledge of disease states, drug therapies, and reimbursement policies
• assist with staff training and continuous improvement.
