The General Laborer, Agricultural Tarp Installation role is onsite in Greeley, CO, and is full-time. Pay is $17.50–$25 per hour. ITC Services’ outdoor work helps farmers protect hay and silage and reduce feed losses. The laborer performs tarp installation, silage-cover setup, maintenance, and general site work. The role supports safe and timely customer projects by preparing materials, inspecting and maintaining coverings, following safety procedures, and working with the crew under daily direction from the Crew Supervisor.

What you'll do

• Install and maintain tarps and silage covers
• set up and inspect tarps
• load and secure materials
• maintain a clean work environment and company property
• follow safety procedures and report or address hazards
• read work orders and complete required paperwork
• attend required training and meetings
• work overtime and weekends as needed to meet customer demand
• support teamwork and company values.
