What you'll do

• Ensure compliance with leasing laws and HUD requirements
• coordinate regulatory responses and tenant intervention strategies
• prepare and conduct property reviews and recertifications
• respond to tenant requests and complaints
• monitor arrears and litigation
• document lease violations and coordinate evictions
• oversee rent collection, applications, and delinquencies
• alert staff to move-ins, move-outs, and emergencies
• supervise maintenance and repairs
• coordinate vendor bids, inspections, construction updates, and renovations
• monitor budgets and attend financial meetings.
