What you'll do

• Create and manage project plans, schedules, resources, and delivery timelines
• coordinate development, QA, cloud, security, and operations teams
• track progress, risks, issues, scope, and cost
• communicate status
• facilitate Scrum ceremonies
• support backlog readiness
• guide teams toward structured Scrum execution
• monitor work in Azure DevOps
• coordinate release planning
• ensure compliance with VDOT and VITA project management guidelines.
