What you'll do

• Develop business plans, budgets, and KPIs
• lead department heads and promote accountability
• participate in strategic decisions on growth and service lines
• oversee job intake, estimating, scheduling, production, and close-out
• implement procedures and quality controls
• maintain compliance with IICRC, OSHA, and local building codes
• manage vendors and subcontractors
• oversee P&L, job costing, billing, receivables, and collections
• improve margins and control costs
• handle escalated client matters
• recruit, train, and mentor staff.
