What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and guests
• carry out security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate
• respond calmly to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter
• monitor access points and report unusual conditions, policy violations, and maintenance concerns
• complete daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications.
