Morning Production Baker

The Morning Production Baker role is onsite in Lake Oswego, OR, with an anticipated schedule of 2:00 a.m.–10:30 a.m. Pay is $19–$20 per hour. Too Sweet Cakes produces baked goods and fulfills daily and weekly wholesale account orders from its kitchen. The baker prepares ingredients, assembles products, and follows recipes and production procedures to complete orders on time and to quality standards. The role supports consistent product quality through safe equipment use, sanitation, storage monitoring, and collaboration with the Back of House Manager.

What you'll do

• Prepare ingredients and assemble products for daily and weekly orders
• follow recipes, procedures, equipment SOPs, weights and measures, and sanitation guidelines
• complete orders on time while maintaining quality
• keep the work area sanitary and organized
• monitor product storage and shelf life
• follow health, safety, and food safety requirements
• use mixers, dough sheeters, and ovens safely
• monitor baking processes and make adjustments as needed
• communicate with the Back of House Manager.
