The Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Afternoon Hours role is part-time and onsite in Wharton, NJ, providing in-home services to clients within approximately 30 miles. Compensation is $30–$38 per hour. Children’s Specialized ABA is part of the Children’s Specialized Hospital Autism Center of Excellence and serves children with autism through personalized therapy. The RBT provides individualized applied behavior analysis therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder, supporting communication, social, and daily living skills while implementing behavior plans. The role works with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and care team to track progress, communicate with caregivers, and provide care as needed.

What you'll do

  • Provide individualized in-home or clinic-based therapy
  • implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans
  • conduct preference assessments and track data using electronic tools such as CentralReach
  • participate in clinical meetings and supervision
  • maintain program books and teaching materials
  • communicate progress to parents and caregivers
  • provide basic care as needed.
