What you'll do

• Support Guest Service Agents with check-in
• block and pre-register rooms and suites according to guest requests
• assign VIPs in coordination with sales, events, and management
• communicate oversells and accommodation issues
• protect blocked rooms during sold-out periods
• audit group and tour reservations
• verify billing and payment details
• respond to guest requests
• coordinate room-status records with engineering and housekeeping.
