Field Service Coordinator

What you'll do

• Develop project milestones aligned with customer requirements, resources, and goals
• prepare progress reports
• identify critical-path items and coordinate supply, tool, and equipment requisitions
• work with engineering to ensure drawings are available
• coordinate subcontractor materials and resources
• develop risk mitigation plans as required
• collaborate with engineers, electricians, customers, and technicians
• update schedules in Microsoft Project
• assist with bids and resource estimates
• coordinate travel reservations and vehicles
• issue purchase orders and requisitions
• submit RFIs and submittals.
