What you'll do

• Help define system requirements
• configure and test Made4net products
• develop and execute client test plans
• coordinate with developers on add-ons and customizations
• support client acceptance testing
• train clients onsite and remotely
• prepare and support go-live activities
• provide post-launch training and troubleshooting
• work with the support team on live-client needs
• travel domestically and internationally as required.
