What you'll do

• Set up and stock food items and supplies
• prepare ingredients and cook and assemble dishes according to recipes
• maintain portion control and minimize waste
• restock ingredients and meet preparation times
• clean the station and kitchen work areas
• handle and store food properly
• maintain ingredient quality and freshness
• follow sanitation, health, hygiene, and safety requirements
• complete additional tasks assigned by the sous-chef or executive chef.
