What you'll do

• Prepare conceptual, schematic, design-development, and hard-bid estimates
• perform quantity takeoffs
• solicit and compare subcontractor and supplier quotes
• develop bid analyses, proposals, budgets, and pricing models
• identify risks and value-engineering opportunities
• review technical building systems and constructability
• support client presentations, negotiations, and project handoffs.
