Dispatcher — Service Team

The Dispatcher — Service Team role is onsite in Lowell, AR. Pay is $15–$19 per hour. What you'll do

• Maintain an updated, organized schedule
• call technicians and dispatch them to jobs
• track certificates of insurance
• manage deliverables for completed jobs
• create billing information
• dispatch service tickets to available technicians nationwide
• provide documentation for service tickets
• assist the Project Manager with daily operational tasks
• provide administrative and logistical project support
• create and maintain project files
• assist with project scheduling and billing
• follow project safety requirements.
