The Financial Controller position is onsite in Albuquerque, NM. Compensation is $95,000–$115,000 per year. Chrysalis Psychiatry is an outpatient mental health practice providing evidence-based care, including medication management and interventional therapies. The controller oversees the practice’s accounting and financial operations and provides analysis and recommendations to executive leadership. This work supports sound operational and strategic decisions through reliable reporting, financial planning, revenue-cycle oversight, and effective controls.

What you'll do

• Oversee accounting operations, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close
• prepare financial statements and reports
• lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management
• oversee billing, collections, and provider compensation calculations
• coordinate payroll accounting, banking, financing, tax, audit, and regulatory activities
• maintain financial systems, procedures, and controls
• advise the COO and executive leadership.
