What you'll do

• Manage commercial office tenant improvement and renovation projects from preconstruction through turnover
• oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, documentation, and financial performance. Coordinate bids, subcontractors, change orders, drawings, long-lead materials, field execution, client meetings, site visits, commissioning, punch lists, and closeout.
