Therapeutic Behavioral Services Aide

Job overview

The Therapeutic Behavioral Services Aide role is onsite in Baltimore, Maryland, providing in-home support to youth ages 4–21. Pay is $16–$18 per hour. The role supports Helping Hands Health Services’ structured human services program for youth with emotional disorders and maladaptive behaviors. The aide helps implement behavior management activities aligned with each client’s treatment plan.
