What you'll do

• Own end-to-end relationships for high-profile GMP Life Sciences customers and serve as primary escalation and governance contact
• align operations with regulatory and quality expectations
• identify risks to product integrity, chain of custody, temperature control, and compliance
• lead cross-functional resolution of escalated issues
• influence service design, SLAs, and recovery strategies
• support audits, inspections, investigations, and CAPA
• lead customer business reviews and communicate performance insights
• resolve claims and deviations
• educate customers on validated processes and compliant solutions
• identify partnership expansion opportunities.
