Technology Support Technician

What you'll do

• Respond to employee IT requests through ticketing, phone, email, Teams, and in person
• troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365, mobile device, printer, and connectivity issues
• configure and deploy devices
• assist with onboarding and offboarding
• support job-site technology
• maintain inventory and documentation
• help employees use technology and follow IT security practices
• collaborate on complex issues.
