What you'll do

• Partner with senior leadership on staffing, recruiting, and retention
• develop and implement HR policies, processes, training, and initiatives
• administer compensation, benefits, leave, employee relations, performance, safety, and training programs
• advise executives and managers on HR matters
• maintain HR metrics
• monitor employment-law compliance
• coordinate with the corporate HR team
• travel to office locations in SC and GA.
