What you'll do

• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and retain front- and back-of-house staff
• direct daily operations
• maintain food quality, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards
• oversee inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
• assist with labor, food cost, and expense management
• use sales and operational data to drive results
• set hospitality standards and resolve guest concerns.
