What you'll do

• Coordinate vendor initiatives, system enhancements, operational changes, and strategic projects across teams. Maintain roadmaps and release calendars
• structure project intake, scoping, estimation, resource planning, testing readiness, and release governance. Lead cross-functional projects, facilitate meetings, coordinate resources, communicate status and risks, and align vendor capabilities with business needs. Monitor regulatory and market changes and coordinate related system and operational impacts.
