The Commissary Food Prep Production Team Member role is onsite in Tucson, AZ. Compensation is $16–$18 per hour after training, with team members included in the tip pool. The team member prepares scratch-made ingredients and food according to recipes, while following safe equipment practices and sanitation procedures. This work helps supply consistent food products for the company's locations and catering operations.

What you'll do

• Prepare fresh, scratch-made ingredients for soups, sandwiches, and salads
• cook, portion, weigh, and rotate food according to recipes
• safely operate slicers, food processors, mixers, and other kitchen equipment
• follow sanitation and health policies
• support commissary operations as needed
• work flexible hours of 35–40 hours per week and lift over 25 to 50 pounds.
