Estimator Planner

Job overview

The Estimator Planner is an onsite position based in Annapolis, MD. The annual base salary range is $82,000 to $85,000. This role manages the planning, cost estimation, and scheduling for service order projects. This role exists to ensure projects are accurately budgeted and planned. The Estimator Planner writes proposals, obtains subcontractor bids, and monitors construction processes to ensure projects meet quality standards, safety codes, and financial objectives.
