What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and diagnose residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, and air-conditioning units
• perform repairs, service calls, and preventive maintenance
• identify system issues and recommend heating and air-conditioning solutions
• ensure work meets company standards and local code requirements
• explain system performance and recommended repairs to homeowners
• provide professional customer service.
