What you'll do

• Supervise Service Department personnel
• oversee opening and closing work orders
• maintain records of employee time and performance
• schedule equipment pickup and delivery
• explain quotes and changes to customers
• monitor customer satisfaction
• coordinate with Deere on programs, warranties, and technical problems
• interview and select personnel
• report on shop goals
• support service marketing, safety, and training.
