What you'll do

• Provide individual and family therapy under clinician supervision
• support implementation of treatment plans
• send ACORN questionnaires
• complete progress notes, contact logs, and other treatment documentation accurately and on time
• attend case-related team activities, personnel meetings, and weekly supervision
• collaborate with treatment-team members
• participate in quality improvement and assurance projects
• communicate with mental health and community professionals.
