The Traveling Team Lead, Quality Inspections role is based onsite in Dayton, OH, with travel to customer and service locations up to 1.5 hours from Dayton. Compensation is not specified. The Team Lead exists to coordinate inspection teams and ensure customer requirements are met accurately, efficiently, and on time. By serving as a customer contact, overseeing inspection activities, coaching inspectors, and maintaining documentation and quality procedures, the role supports customer satisfaction and operational quality.

What you'll do

• Serve as primary contact for current and prospective customers
• manage inspectors’ compliance with protocols
• organize job sites and project books
• implement and train associates on work instructions
• maintain accurate project and customer documentation
• conduct at least one layered audit weekly
• manage inspection supplies
• train and support team members
• report quality or operational issues
• perform product audits
• provide feedback and performance evaluations
• participate in staffing and hiring processes.
