Accounts Payable Specialist

The specialist manages high-volume accounts payable from invoice review through payment, reconciles vendor statements, and resolves discrepancies. The role also supports month-end close and reporting, maintains documentation and controls, communicates with vendors and internal stakeholders, and helps improve AP processes.

What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle, high-volume accounts payable
• review, code, and process invoices according to company policies
• reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• ensure timely payments and maintain controls and documentation
• support month-end close and reporting
• communicate with vendors, managers, and leadership
• identify process improvements and support AP best practices.
