ERP Material Control Coordinator

Job overview

The ERP Material Control Coordinator role is onsite in Buffalo, NY, and supports ERP execution for Buffalo and Arizona sites. Pay is $25–$32 per hour. The role supports production teams by resolving routine data issues, following standardized processes, and helping maintain consistent BOM practices across sites.

What you'll do

• Upload and maintain ERP bills of materials, item setup, and demand
• maintain program BOMs and supplier and purchase-order data
• process approved demand changes and substitutions
• maintain accurate master data
• flag discrepancies
• respond to production questions
• follow and provide feedback on BOM lifecycle processes
• support training and knowledge transfer
• travel 10–15%.
