Personal Injury Case Manager

The Personal Injury Case Manager role is onsite in York, SC. Pay is $24–$26 per hour. The position supports attorneys’ business needs at Hunter | Everage, a law firm handling personal injury matters. The case manager helps move client matters forward by maintaining communication and records, coordinating deadlines and appointments, assisting with legal documents, and supporting claim and litigation processes. The role contributes to attorneys’ case preparation and client service from intake through court filings.

What you'll do

• Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents
• maintain client contact
• investigate facts for legal disputes
• monitor and calendar deadlines and appointments
• record and store client information
• answer calls and respond to inquiries from clients, medical offices, and attorney offices
• document calls in Smart Advocate
• conduct and document prospective-client questionnaires
• set up insurance claims
• send attorney correspondence
• schedule attorney meetings
• update clients on case status
• request medical records
• draft demand packages and respond to discovery
• maintain paper files
• file documents with the court.
