What you'll do

• Lead business readiness activities for SAP S/4HANA module launches
• conduct readiness assessments and process walkthroughs
• coordinate UAT, issue management, and business signoff
• identify and mitigate launch risks with stakeholders and program teams
• support change management and user adoption
• develop training materials, readiness documentation, checklists, and communications
• drive cutover planning and readiness reviews
• track defects, issues, risks, and dependencies
• support go-live and post-launch stabilization.
