What you'll do

• Oversee parts sales from start to finish
• communicate professionally with staff and customers about parts status
• use the parts catalog to identify parts
• answer calls and provide quotes and information
• review body shop estimates for parts and pricing accuracy
• serve internal and external customers
• pull and fill stock orders and conduct weekly bin checks
• notify the parts manager about out-of-stock items
• locate and emergency-order unavailable parts when necessary
• bill internal parts requests to service repair orders
• and receive retail payments or obtain credit authorization.
