Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — EMPOWER Program is a hybrid role based in Jacksonville, NC, with regional travel to EMPOWER locations. The salary is $75,000–$80,000 per year. The BCBA leads behavior support programming, develops positive behavior plans, and mentors staff to support measurable progress for participants and families across home, school, and community settings.

What you'll do

• Lead behavior support programs
• conduct functional behavior assessments and develop Positive Behavior Support Plans
• train and mentor staff, direct support professionals, and supervisors in ABA practices
• collaborate across EMPOWER, ICS, and ABA service lines
• deliver in-service training and represent the organization at professional conferences.
