The Health and Fitness Specialist is an onsite role based in Washington, DC, supporting a Federal Intelligence Community customer’s occupational health and wellness program. The salary range for this position is $65,650.00 - $118,675.00 per year, and the role is part of a team dedicated to promoting physical health and wellbeing to the Federal workforce. This role exists to plan, oversee, and execute a comprehensive health and fitness program. The specialist will provide individual exercise programming, fitness assessments, wellness events, and nutrition counseling to support the client's workforce and mission objectives.

What you'll do

• Develop and deliver health and wellbeing workshops and seminars.
• Provide fitness consultations, goal setting, and customized exercise programs.
• Support fitness facility management and equipment assessment.
• Maintain fitness safety standards and provide group exercise instruction.
