Job overview

The Construction Equipment Operator role is onsite in Louisa, VA, with compensation of $25–$34 per hour. Curtis Contracting works across civil, heavy highway, road and bridge maintenance, and federal divisions. The operator uses power construction equipment to excavate, move, and grade earth and support construction work such as roads, parking lots, and building pads. The role also includes routine equipment inspection, cleaning, and lubrication.

What you'll do

• Operate construction equipment such as motor graders, bulldozers, scrapers, tractors, and front-end loaders to excavate, move, and grade earth, erect structures, or pour concrete and other hard-surface pavement
• establish grades for construction phases
