Assistant Team Lead – Production, Night Shift

The Assistant Team Lead role is onsite at Kerry’s Manitowoc, WI facility, with compensation of $22–$30.14 per hour. The schedule is four days on and four days off, with 12-hour night shifts. The facility is part of Kerry’s Smoke & Grill Division and produces natural smoke ingredients. The role supports daily production operations and helps guide a team of up to 15 employees, promoting safe, efficient, quality-focused work and building leadership capability while serving as backup to the Production Supervisor when needed.
