What you'll do

• Scrape and pre-rinse dishes and load the dishwashing machine
• wash pots, pans, and trays by hand or machine
• complete assigned prep work
• remove trash
• clean work tables, walls, refrigeration and cooking equipment, and floors
• clean trash receptacles
• assemble, maintain, and break down the dish machine.
